This class is only available to Students who've successfully taken Introduction to Etiquette, the pre-requisite for all other classes.

Introduction to Etiquette - Pre-requisite class for all other classes and programs
Learn the appropriate rules of behavior for any situation. Topics include: the history of Etiquette, why it remains important in society today, table manners, proper grammar, meeting and greeting, how to accept a compliment graciously and much more.
A continuation of the pre-requisite, Introduction to Etiquette class. Practical experience and site visits include: a Fine Dining Experience, Museum or Gallery Tour, a Sporting Event, Symphony or Live Theatre performance. Varying Lab fees apply.
Introduction to Grooming (Boys 10 and up, Girls 8 and up)
Whether you're heading to a party, the grocery store, school or a job interview - how you look will speak before you ever do. Learn tips and guidelines for all types of grooming that include cleanliness, hairstyles, nail care, age appropriate make-up, shoe care and more.
Home Economics (Children receive a Home Cleaning Kit - 8 Hrs)
The importance of home cleanliness, including: Laundry, dusting, floor care, the cleaning of ceiling fans, sewing and mending, stripping a bed, how to iron a shirt, basic measuring, loading a Dishwasher and more.
Socialization & Character Building
This class stresses the following topics: Listening Skills, Interrupting/Talking in turn, Making Friends, Sharing and Borrowing, Playground/Play Date Behavior, Good Words/Bad Words, Choosing to do the "right thing" and more.
Communicating Effectively
Don't get tongue-tied! Learn how to start a conversation, keep one going and how to get your point across. We stress the importance of being a great listener, because sometimes it's not what you say, it's what you don't.
Within Your Family
Learn how easy it is to be a true hero in your family. Learn how to work within the system of the Parent/Child hierarchy and have fun at the same time! It's easy...you'll see.
The focus in this age group is on table manners, etiquette, borrowing/sharing, and family life.
Personal Responsibility
Learn to take care of yourself, your things and those around you. We stress keeping your promises, the importance of being on time and how to be responsible for your words and actions.
Dressing for Success
Learn how to dress for a job interview, the office holiday party, an afternoon wedding. Find out which colors and cuts of clothing work for your body type. Dressing with flair, style and elegance doesn't cost a fortune and we can teach you what you need to know.

By the time you're finished with this course, happiness will be the first thing you think of as you put your feet to the floor. You have special talents no one else possesses; let us show you how to find them. Striving for excellence in all you do day daily and simply choosing to be happy and positive, will make a big difference. If you're wondering what you want to do or be when you grow up; if you'd like to train dolphins or work on the stage, be a doctor or an astronaut, let's show you how to follow your hearts' desire; even if you change your mind 5 months from now! We're your educational and motivational Cheer Leaders, so if you're interested in a specific career, we'll teach you the steps and the path you need to take in order to get there.
We focus on overseas travel and being an American overseas brings with it special responsibilities. For your safety firstly, for having knowledge of the culture you're entering, and for making the greatest attempt to assimilate out of respect for your host country. Learn simple greetings, various currencies; about others' religious beliefs, diets abroad and how to fit in with your new friends. You're an Ambassador for the United States, use it to your advantage and make your fellow country men proud.
Did you ever wonder why some people seem to have it all together? Learn how to come across as strong, put together and ready for anything. It's time to believe in yourself. You're a winner; let it show!
Budgeting and Saving
We teach the "how-to's" of budgeting for future expenditures; from saving a percentage of your allowance/salary to being prepared for your financial future. Learn to balance a checkbook, the difference between a credit union and a bank, compounded interest, credit cards and how to make smart money choices.
Mommy’s Having a Baby
The Elder children in your family are used to being special. Bringing a new baby into your home, may add all kinds and types of issues for your older children. Let us teach you tricks to keep them happy, engaged and proud to be a Big Brother or Sister.
"On The Road" with Mrs. Hancock’s
For Children, ages 9 and up. (Available to graduates of our pre-requisite Introduction to Etiquette course). As a guest in Ms. Jennifer’s home at Bay Blue Farm, our Students use all of their newly acquired etiquette skills. Your child will have a fine dining experience, arts excursions, horse riding lessons, plus many other surprises! Limited to 8 Children on a first come, first served basis.
Young Adult Classes
Off To College
The differences between high school and college are astounding, and this preparatory course will help make life easier as your young adults begin this new journey. Topics include: how to choose classes, whether to join a fraternity or a sorority, dealing with roommates, safety issues, peer pressure, missing your family and much more!
Self-Sufficiency for the Young Adult
If a Child has decided to start work right out of high school, there are a bunch of things they should know. Topics include: dressing for a Job interview, finding a job and keeping it, paying the rent, bills (electric, gas, cable and phone), buying a new or used car, the pitfalls of credit cards, debt to income ratio, and more! Lastly we'll look at 20 wealthy and successful people who never went to college. You'd be surprised how much you can achieve, too!
