We help brides in many, many aspects of their wedding planning and coordination. For example, we offer brides full wedding coordination services from assistance in selection of the wedding venue to the cueing of the music to onsite meetings with vendors and ensuring all the bride’s wishes and requirements are met and exceeded. On a lesser scale, we offer Day Of services which include finalizing contracts, placement of wedding décor, creating a bride’s wedding timeline, follow-up on phone calls, maintain the day’s flow to ensure the bride and groom truly enjoy the biggest day of their lives. More importantly, we provide a team of individuals as points-of-contact to ensure a beautiful and memorable production of a couple’s very special day.

For over 10 combined years in our event and wedding planning and coordination business, we have dealt with professional photographers; florists, bands, disc jockeys, caterers, limousine providers, videographers, invitation vendors, bakeries, make-up artists, hair stylists, churches and many other elements inherent in a wedding (or event). We take our wealth of experience in these areas and transfer our knowledge to our quinceañera division. Allow us to share a little about our Quinceañera Division Head, Cindy Perez, with you. Cindy Perez, is a native Phoenician and of Mexican heritage and has assisted Mexican-Americans and Hispanic immigrants during her long-standing legal career. She is knowledgeable about local vendors, traditions, and the like. She comes from a family of four children and a single mother. Early in her life, Cindy, her mother and three siblings resided with Cindy’s nana y tata, themselves Mexicans from the state of Aguascaliente. Cindy’s grandparents instilled in the family, the love of cultura Mexicana and appreciation of tradition. Because her grandparents were Spanish speakers, Cindy and her siblings learned the Spanish language early in their lives and continue to be fully bilingual to this date.

The best part is, Cindy, was once a quinceañera herself and has assisted in this very important event with other quinceañeras. She brings a wealth of personal experience of the Hispanic culture and production of events to our Quinceañera Division. She understands the importance of la comida and cake, el salon, the attendants and introductions, la musica, the waltz y por su puesto, el vestido!

Perhaps as equally important, Ms. Perez understands that mom and dad must be able to enjoy the day as well.
