Todd Williams

For the past 20 years Mr. Williams has achieved much success in the hospitality industry and gained accomplishments that have made for a very attractive resume.  From humble beginnings as a bartender and server while attending New Mexico State University, Todd decided to broaden his knowledge in the restaurant business accepting a position as General Manger for DFNR Restaurants in Dallas, Texas. After spending several years working throughout Texas, Oklahoma & Arizona Mr. Williams decided to take his experiences and apply them to restaurant build-out projects.  Beginning with an empty worksite, and within 90 days oversee the complete project; from the overall build of the restaurant, to menus, staffing and licenses.

After Leaving DFNR Restaurants Todd went on to operate Hard Rock Café (HRC) Phoenix, Arizona.  Within 12 months HRC Phoenix, became one of only 4 training stores in the world for management.  Todd expanded its services and financial earnings with an attractive catering program, a successful live music series and increased revenue 30 percent after his first year there. When Hard Rock Café Phoenix moved locations, Todd was point on the daunting task of the build out and opening of the new HRC in downtown Phoenix.

In 2002 Mr. Williams decided to branch out on his own and do consulting in the private sector.  His first projects included opening consulting of the Library Bar in Tempe, Arizona, CLUB VIP Entertainment and private consulting for several other restaurants and bars throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.  These businesses have utilized Todd’s experiences and creativity to facilitate their overall operations and increase profitability.

In 2006 Mr. Williams began Put A Fork In It Catering and Event Planning (PAFII). While continuing to grow each year, PAFII has achieved success on many different levels.  Its range of experience comes from  large corporate events such as; Russo & Steele Classic Car Auction both in Phoenix, AZ and Monterey, CA,  with over 4,000 attendees and Enterprise Rental Car for over 1500 employees during their holiday party, to name a few.  Weekends consist mainly of large and small scale weddings and events as well as private home parties, all of which are responsible for the company’s outstanding name recognition.

Todd’s most recent achievement is his partnership with the Herberger Theater Downtown Phoenix, bringing new flair and elegance to the long time valley venue.
